1. How can I avail my free gift on Hair & Care?

A: Consumers purchasing Hair & Care 300ml offer pack are entitled to a Free Haircut across RewardPort networked salons (Enrich, Natural’s, VLCC, Jawed Habib, YLG, Star Sitara). The Unique Scratch Code on the back of Hair & Care bottle has to be registered on www.hairandcare.promoredemption.com. Post successful registration and booking, consumers will get an appointment at their preferred salon.

 

2. How do you receive the salon voucher?

A: You can get your Salon Voucher by registering your coupon code on www.hairandcare.promoredemption.com. Post successful registration and booking you will be provided the Salon Voucher by Rewardport.

 

3. How to redeem the Unique Scratch Code?

A: Visit http://hairandcare.promoredemption.com Click on ‘How to Redeem’ tab and follow the steps.

 

4. How do I avail the beauty service?

A: Kindly log on to www.hairandcare.promoredemption.com and click on "Booking" tab. Enter your Authentication Number, your Date of Visit, City, Area, and Salon Name. Rewardport’s Customer Support Team would get back to you 48hours before the Date of your Visit. Please Note: Your Date of visit should be atleast 7 days ahead from the day you are submitting Booking

 

5. When is the last day of registration?

A: The last day to register the Unique Scratch Code is 31st October, 2016.

 

6. How & when will I receive my Authentication number?

A: You will receive your authentication number immediately after registering yourself on the website. The number will be sent to you via email/SMS.

 

7. What needs to be done with this authentication number?

A: You will have to enter this authentication number under the ‘claim’ tab on http://hairandcare.promoredemption.com.

 

8. Can the registration and the bookings be done offline?

A: Registration can be done offline by giving a missed call on 7877733446.

 

9. What is the validity of the coupon / salon voucher?

A: The validity is printed on the coupon / voucher. If you try to redeem your coupon / voucher after the date is over, it would not be accepted. In this case, it is valid upto 31st October, 2016

 

10. Whom should I contact for any clarifications?

A: For any clarifications, you can call our customer care number 022-40270000. Lines open from Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

 

11. When will I receive this free salon voucher?

A: Once you have completed the booking process, you will get a confirmation call from our customer care executive 48 hours before your requested Date of Visit. You can visit the salon you have selected on the appointment date to receive your free haircut.

 

12. What if I lose the Hair & Care offer pack with the Unique Scratch Code?

A: Please note, without completing Registration and Booking and receiving the appointment confirmation, you will not be able to avail the free service. Marico Limited and Rewardport shall not be liable for loss of the offer pack or code.

 

13. How will I get to know which treatment I can avail?

A: This offer entitles you to one Free Basic Haircut only.

 

14. Do I need to pay anything at the salon?

A: The haircut service you get is complimentary. The average value of this haircut is Rs. 500, depending on the city and salon of service. If the haircut you receive at a particular salon is worth less than Rs. 500 basis their rate card, you will NOT get any additional services for the balance amount. If the haircut service you receive at a particular salon is worth more than Rs. 500 basis their rate card, you will NOT have to pay anything additional.

 

15. I bought a Hair & Care 300ml offer pack. Can I directly go to one of the partner salons and avail the service?

A: You need to register the Unique Scratch Code and book an appointment before going to the salon to avoid any disappointment. You also need to show the booking confirmation SMS/email printout at the salon to receive the service.
